1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using 1ToSkill ("the Platform"), creating an account, or interacting with our learning roadmaps, quizzes, or community features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access personalized progress tracking, Passkeys authentication, or Study Squads, you must register for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passkeys.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Automation or scripting intended to artificially inflate activity heatmaps, completion rates, or quiz scores is strictly prohibited.
3. Community & Study Squad Code of Conduct
1ToSkill provides collaborative Study Squads for peer learning. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive behavior:
No harassment, hate speech, spamming, or sharing harmful links in group discussions.
Squad leaders maintain authority over membership approvals and squad guidelines.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate community safety standards.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
1ToSkill offers free core roadmaps as well as optional premium subscription tiers.
Paid plans provide access to advanced features, AI learning assistance, and expanded study squad capabilities.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum designs, interactive components, brand assets, and platform source code belong exclusively to 1ToSkill. Unapproved scraping, bulk redistribution, or commercial resale of core roadmap materials without explicit written authorization is prohibited.
6. AI Assistant, Credits & Usage Limits
1ToSkill includes AI-powered features such as the AI Assistant and AI CV tools.
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information before relying on it.
AI features consume credits or are subject to daily, weekly, or monthly limits that depend on your plan. Limits may change over time.
Do not use AI features to generate unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, or to attempt to bypass usage limits.
7. CV Builder & Uploaded Files
You retain ownership of the resumes and files you upload or create. You grant 1ToSkill permission to process them to provide import, enhancement, and export features.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV content. ATS scores and AI suggestions are estimates and do not guarantee interview or hiring outcomes.
Free plans include limited watermarked exports and a limited number of AI CV tries; Pro plans unlock higher or unlimited usage.
Public CV links are visible to anyone with the link while sharing is enabled. You can disable sharing at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and accurate educational content, 1ToSkill makes no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
